Amy Marie Neill

Artistic Director and 

Founder of All-Star Academy

Amy founded All-Star Academy in 2017 and has always had a passion for performing and the entertainment industry from a young age.   Amy has been involved in a variety of performances both musicals and plays, portraying iconic roles such as Paulette in 'Legally Blonde the Musical' and Emily Bronte in 'We are Three Sisters'  Amy made her first directing debut with the play 'Making Waves'  performed at the Halifax Playhouse.   Amy turned her attention to teaching and studied Drama in Education and Community at York St John University.   Amy has over 6 years of experience as a drama and theatre facilitator and has previously taught performing arts for several renowned theatre schools both in the UK and overseas before deciding to branch out with her own company after seeing an increasing need for an affordable theatre school where the children are the focus.

Cheer Dance Coach


Megan has been dancing for 8 years,  she is experienced in ballet, tap modern, street, acro, cheerleading, pop and contemporary.

Megan thrives in her enjoyment of teaching many of these styles, previously at; Aycliffe Dance Academy, Eclectic Dance Academy, Move With Peppa and Razzamataz Theatre Schools. 


Megan graduated from York St John University in 2019 achieving her degree in Dance in Education and Community (B.A. Hons.)

Annie has been involved in creative arts for the majority of her life, taking part in plays, pantomimes and musicals. Annie has graduated from York St John University where she studied Drama, Education and community. Annie is an experienced Youth Theatre practitioner having worked at York Theatre Royal's Youth Theatre, All-Star Academy and Clifton Green Primary School.

Lottie has been involved in dancing, drama and singing from a young age. Lottie is experienced in musical theatre performance and classical singing. She attended Stage 84 Yorkshire school of performing arts for 9 years giving her opportunities to perform locally in performances such as Starlight Express and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Sister Act, Oliver and West Side Story.

Lottie enjoys teaching solo singing with her students at York St. John where she is studying Music Performance and also enjoys running her own singing ensembles as part of her studies.

Elissa has adored musical theatre and performing arts from a young age. She has  taken part in musical productions and assisted at a local musical theatre class teaching younger pupils and choreographing whilst still in school. Elissa is trained in multiple different dance disciplines such as; ballet, street and musical theatre. Elissa is currently studying Musical Theatre at Huddersfield New College where she is working hard on honing her craft. Her talent and commitment to the arts have recently landed her paid performance work as an extra in Channel 4’s Ackley Bridge. Elissa has a natural flare and ability to adapt her dance and theatre background and knowledge and tailor it to our pupils varying ages, needs and abilities.
